Just to be clear, I can't decide to only have the 12 vents included cleaned but MUST have any others cleaned as well? Why?

Hello Anne, To ensure professional results, all vents must be cleaned at the time of service. We do not perform partial cleanings as this does not deliver professional results nor does it complies with professional standards set by the industry. To give you another example, when we go to our dentists to perform an annual dental cleaning, we do not ask the dentist to only do partial cleaning of either upper or lower jaw. We understand that the entire and complete dental cleaning procedure will ensure overall dental hygiene. In other words, partial cleaning will not deliver the results that you need to achieve to ensure quality cleaning. Hope this clarifies your question!

Does this mean it is an extra $49 if you have AN air conditioner or a second air conditioner?

Hello Patti, Extra $49 is charged if you have an Air Conditioner (AC unit), as we need to create a by-pass to prevent the AC coils from being damaged by the dust and debris. Hope this clarifies your question.
