Guests meet in Hot Woks Cool Sushi’s chic Loop kitchen—located across the street from the Willis Tower—to roll their own sushi and sample savory bites. After a tasting of salad and the chef’s specialties, participants get started wrapping their own maki under the watchful eye of professional chefs. Inventive cooking challenges let participants win prizes for showing off their new skills, and carefully selected wine or sake pairing complement food flavors to complete the feast.
