$50 for a Two-Hour Beginner Handgun Safety Class ($150 Value)

During the two-hour course, instructors introduce pistol basics to classes of approximately 20 students, including how to assemble, clean, store, and safely operate handguns. Though the majority of the class is demonstration only, students will have the chance to practice with a training gun. Additionally, students may bring in their own pistols. Beginner handgun safety classes are held the last Saturday of every month from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This act of bravery was thanks to the safety and handling skills he's learned over the years, which he teaches at HoustonGunForum. Lasting up to 10 hours, his immersive courses combine lecture-based sessions with time at an indoor shooting range. After students solidify their skills, they can head over to HoustonGunForum's gun shop to search for gear or a holster that won't clash with their tie-dye pants.
