Choose from Three Options

  • $39 for four weeks of kenpo classes with a uniform for one (a $175 value)
  • $49 for six weeks of kenpo classes with a uniform for one (a $237.50 value)
  • $99 for six weeks of kenpo classes with uniforms for up to three (a $337.50 value)

Kenpo classes take place Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Ages 4–6 meet from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., ages 7–14 meet from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and students aged 14 or older meet from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Black Belt Club is held on Wednesday, and lessons are available by appointment only on Saturdays.

Howden's Kenpo Academy

Head instructor Jeremy Howden has been teaching kenpo karate for 25 years, and he still draws inspiration from his students. With a sixth-degree black belt, Howden and his team of internationally certified instructors lead children and adults through striking and kicking techniques, with a focus on promoting the martial art's fitness benefits and helping students achieve a black belt of their own.
