I have not bought the offer because I am still confused by how you get your tickets. I do not want to buy this if I have to go to the will call or wait until day of show. Can you please explane this.

Hi Annette! Sorry for the confusion. After you purchase the Groupon, you'll email or call the business box office with the contact info listed on your Groupon. You'll reserve the tickets this way and then the night of the show you can present your Groupon to exchange it for the tickets.

Please clarify redemption. It says redeem starting day of show for a ticket. Does that mean that this groupon is like a will-call ticket, that you just reserve and take to the window on the day of the show and they assign you a seat? or do you get to pick a seat? I'm confused.

They will assign you a seat when you make your reservation following the directions listed on your Groupon.

The groupon says i have to make a reservation. How do i do that, i called ticketmaster and they didnt help me.It also says redeeem certificate on the day of the show. Do i just go to the box office and get a ticket, or do i have to call someone and make a reservation first.

When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.
