Hyatt Regency asked us to send you a quick message to clear up any confusion that you might have about your Hyatt Groupon.
A reservation has already been made on your behalf at Hyatt Regency Chicago under the name with which the Groupon was bought, and you do not need to call and book the reservation yourself.
If you would still like to call the Hyatt to discuss your reservation (or change the name that the reservation is under), they will only be able to locate the reservation by the last name on the Groupon (the purchaser’s name), not the Groupon number.
If you bought multiple Groupons for consecutive dates, they have allowed for that in their reservations to make sure that you will have the same room throughout your stay. You are still welcome to call and confirm this, or mention it as you check in.
