Have to say I’m a little dissapointed in how difficult is has been to book my rooms. I booked them online but because I wanted two rooms over mother’s day weekend, I had to make 4 separate reservations. I then had to call Hyatt and make sure it reserved it correctly and now I have to wait 24 hours because the Groupon reservations are in a different database and the main database won’t be updated until tomorrow. It’s a good thing this was a good deal or else I would have given up an hour ago.
