I had the $99 package, and charged an extra $50 to remove salt stains from my carpets. From what I can see, I think they did a good job on the upholstery.

If you've selected the engine/ trunk package make sure you take out any/all loose items from your trunk. Also an additional charge to clean winter salt out of carpet is a bit much. Other detailing shops clean without additional fees.

They did a great job cleaning my wife's car, including extensive salt stains and spills in the back seat from the kids. But, I did have to cough up an extra $68 for the salt stains and spills.
