The recorder in my doll didn't work. I repeatedly contacted the company, but they completely ignored me. Terrible customer service.

I was very specific about what I wanted and the stuffed animal did not turn out as I had described. I emailed the company explaining why I was not satifisfied, including images of the buddy and a copy of the order details I included when I originally submitted my design. I finally got a response weeks later, but all it did was refer me to a web site about returns and redos. On there is says " However, we understand that everyone has different tastes and we can accept the fact that maybe you can find a fault with your Buddy." The faults I found with the product I received were not "faults" of subjective taste. They clearly did not follow the requests I made in my original submission. I replied saying I didn't want a redo and never got a response back. I bought this as a sort of keep-sake gift for my boyfriend who was getting ready to deploy. I'm so disappointed that it didn't turn out the way I intended. So now, it's sitting in my closet because since I never gave it to my boyfriend because I was so unhappy with it.

My stuffed animal did not look at all like the picture sent. The blonde hair with blonde hightlights was blonde and green. The face did not resemble either. If anyone saw it they would just think it was a stuffed doll poorly made. If for any reason the fault lies in the picture then I should had been contacted to send another.

I am disappointed with the final product. Looks nothing like the photos provided, the color or lack of it is wrong and the stitching is already coming apart. FYI... I just received the item today. Would NEVER use again!
