Questions and Answers

40 minutes of personal training to me means 1 on 1 training - is that what it is? How long should I expest for one session? i.e. is there a class and then a personal training session or vice versa and lastly if I buy one for my son could we come at the same time. i.e. do you have enough trainers to work woth us one on one or would we be there twice as long waiting for each other. My son is 17. Are your trainers PTs or ATs?

Thank you for your patience. The same person cannot use more than one Groupon per visit. If you and your son both have their own Groupon, you will be fine, depending on availability. Please see more information listed here.
