When you're ordering a book on our website; www.iseeme.com, you have to put your groupon redemption code which is listed on your groupon voucher and it begins with "grp" followed by numbers and letters in the coupon/promotional code section at check out and click "apply"

Hi Kathy! Sorry for the confusion! After you purchase the Groupon, you will redeem it on the merchant's website. You will submit all of the information needed for personalizing the book when you redeem.

The redemption instructions will appear in the "How to use this" section of your Groupon voucher.
