Patrons can download any of iTRAIN’s programs onto their MP3 players and follow along with nutrition, strength, and cardio-fitness training regimens paired with music. The Six-Week Body Makeover program sets a starting point with basic workouts that span a seven-day calendar. For those who don’t want to workout in the gym, the In The Bedroom workout provides a workout regimen that doesn’t incorporate any gym equipment—many of the moves require only body weight to complete. Those that participate in the Beach Body program will complete a range of intense cardio training—cycling, jogging, and interval running—and sculpting moves that target the abs and outer thighs.

The moment Grace Lazenby noticed that almost everyone carried around an MP3 player turned out to be a fateful one. From there, Lazenby—who has 15 years of experience as a fitness trainer in Hollywood— was inspired to developed a series of workout programs that patrons could download and listen to on their MP3 players. The result is iTRAIN, an online database of virtual workouts. To create a comprehensive selection of classes, Lazenby recruited a handful of other fitness experts to help devise regimens in cycling, climbing, stretching, sculpting, and teen training. The curriculum also includes a six-week body makeover program, a targeted beach-body workout, and workouts for clients who don’t have gym access, and instead workout in their building’s medieval dungeon.
