Is the $19. 24 hr. coupon available @ Icon 240 Riverside Blvd.? It's not clear that it is. I pull up a monthly rate or a "day coupon" for $16., I cannot verify the $19. 24 hr. deal.

Yes, the $19 for 24 hours is valid at 240 Riverside Blvd. You would purchase the first option on the buy button that says 24 hour day pass. the one day pass is valid at ALL Icon New York locations. You can visit www.iconparking.com to search for locations.

Can I purchase the monthly and have it activated on February 1, 2013? Also, does "reservations required" mean that upon purchasing the Groupon, I need to call the garage and ask if they have any availability left? If they don't, can I get a refund?

Yes you can purchase today and use it starting February 1. We would recommend that you call the reservation department as soon as possible after the purchase to indicate your desired start date in advance. We've allocated a specific number of monthly space for each of the locations listed and do not antisipate you having an issue with availabiliy.

34th and Ninth Parking and Empire 33 Parking are close to MSG. The day pass is valid at all Icon locations in New York and you do not need to select which location you want for the day pass at this time. The monthly offer requires that you select the specific location at time of purchase.

I have an expired Groupon for this deal that I bought a few months ago and didn't have a chance to use. Will that Groupon be valid again or am I out of luck for that one (other than the cost value)?

If the expired Groupon was a monthly pass, you can call our monthly sales department at 877-727-5464 to discuss available options to use your expired groupon for a monthly space. If your expired Groupon was a day pass, you will be able to use it for a $16 credit off the normal daily rate. You cannot combine an expired day pass with any other coupons or offers. the expired day pass cannot be used in combination with the new day pass.

Is this deal for new customers to Icon Parking? or to a specific garage? I ask because I park at a garage not listed in the deal and would like to take advantage of this pricing

Sorry to say the restriction applies to any one that parks monthly at any Icon location. The monthly offer is not available to any current monthly customer or a customer thats had a monthly account in the past 3 months.

The monthly Groupon option is not available to any current monthly customer of any Icon location. It is also not available to any one that has been a monthly customer in the past 3 months.
