this would not be the intent of the offer but it would be allowed. As long as you exit the location, you would be allowed to return to that location or any other Icon location and use another day pass.

If I use the Groupon at 8 PM Thursday, but don't leave until 1 AM Friday, do I pay extra for an extra hour, or is it for one parking visit up to 24 hours?

The groupon day pass allows you up to 24 hours parking based on the time of entry. If you enter at 8pm Thursday, you can park until 7:59pm Friday. All parking taxes are included in the day pass offer.

I purchased a Groupon for this vendor, ICON Parking early in 2012. It was never used. The number is 55324-WR. Can I use the $16.00 value toward the purchase of the current $19.00 promotion?

No you can't. An expired Day pass can be used for a $16 credit off the normal garage rate. It is important to note that the expired groupon can not be combined with the current day pass off.
