Trainers aim to tone bodies with hourlong classes, changing the workouts daily to help clients build muscle faster. They hold sessions six days a week, including two fundamentals classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays that help introduce beginners to CrossFit exercises.
IMT CrossFit occupies a 10,000 square-foot facility filled with weights, ropes, lifting platforms, tires, gymnastics rings, bars, kettlebells, and much more.
