What does the it mean in the fine print where it says it “does not include taxes” ????

Sorry I meant it says It DOES NOT COVER TAXES….? How does that work?

It means that you have to pay the $.64 or whatever the tax may be. Tax isn’t included. Even if you spend $9 of the $10, you still have to pay tax. I’m not sure why. It may be a law or something.
