So, I picked this groupon a month or more ago and havent yet used it. Am I allowed to pick up another or does that then violate the “1 per person”?

Ying Y.

Can I buy this for someone who lives abroad? I.e., will indiDenim offer free unlimited shipping to non-US customers?

Shanna A.

I see that this is an online website. Is there an office where you can get fitted and place your order?

Jane B.

Same question as Facebook User above— any locations in the NY metropolitan area?

Where are their jeans made? I’m only buying american made clothing. Otherwise the terrorists win.

What is the policy on refunds, just in case it does not work out?

Margaret M.

The review that I read after googling ‘indidenim review’ was really negative, well written too. I’m suspicious so I’m taking a pass on this groupon. if you haven’t bought yet, I recommend a little research. MM

Jami s.

how long have you been in business? do you have customer feedback? i did not see any on the website

Laurie D.

FWIW, I’ve bought from indiDenim before, and the jeans I got fit quite well at the time. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of springing for these jeans (at full price) when I was only about 75lbs down in my Weight Watchers journey, and now that I’m another 30lbs down (with about 30 more left… go me!), the jeans no longer fit, of course. I had wanted to order another pair when I hit goal weight, and may still purchase this Groupon for that purpose, but when I last checked the website, there was no way to retrieve my previous measurements in order to modify the order – or to send my existing pair back for alteration. When I go to “re-order with changes” it wants me to adjust my measurements based on less or more – but doesn’t give me the original numbers to base the adjustment on. I can’t find the original measurements anywhere on my account. I find that pretty annoying as it means I have to start from scratch for every detail, which is quite a waste of time and not very user-friendly. I may try “makeyourownjeans.com” instead. They are a lot cheaper, although they aren’t made in the USA.

Hi,

On the indidenim website, it says that they offer refunds within 30 days. Can you please clarify?

Thank you!

Katie G.

I’m going to pass on this groupon since I’m afraid that they might be made in Mexican sweatshops.

Michael

Alka,

I missed both the indiDenim and inditailored groupons, I was wondering if I could still purchase them or receive some sort of similar discount for both websites

Jennifer A.

I bought this groupon and just now received my jeans. It took just less than two months to have them shipped to me in Canada. Shipping was free. The fit is SPOT ON. I discovered after I ordered them that they are made in Mexico – they bury that little nugget deeply on their website. But, the fit is fabulous and I have a really hard time finding jeans that fit. It took waaayyyy too long to get them as far as I’m concerned.

I received my jeans last week. My thoughts:

1. Most importantly, the fit was horrible. The thighs were tight even when I ordered “athletic thighs” – I’m an athlete (think soccer legs) and the jeans just didn’t fit.

2. It took almost 3 months from the time I ordered it to arrive.

3. Since getting a refund is not an option, I now need to send it back and cross my fingers that this time won’t be so bad.

4. I don’t like that it’s made in Mexico. Either make it in the US since they are charging US prices or offer more reasonable prices if it’s being made overseas.

Overall, this concept may work if you can get measured using their fitting technology and prices are more reasonable, but otherwise it’s a poor proposition. I went to the Gap yesterday with someone who bought two pairs of stretch jeans for $80 (or $40 each) and they were a perfect fit. She only tried on 5-6 pairs to get what she needed. How does indidenim intend to compete with that kind of price and selection?
