I'd like to purchase the offer; however, I'm not confident based on all the reviews I've read stating that Infinity does NOT work well nor treat well those Groupon Voucher customers. So before I subject myself to what seems to be a very frustrating experience, what is the guarantee that IF I purchase this, I can call Infinity and make an appointment using my voucher without any problems or 'hidden' charges?

This is a very fair question. The challenge with reviews is that they do not provide full information. There have never been any "hidden" charges, nor will there ever be. As far as booking... if you are in need of an evening or Saturday appointment, I would suggest booking in advance. Unfortuently the comments you are referring to were those who waited to enjoy their Groupon until very close to the expiration date. As you can assume... it is challenging to get everyone in for an evening or Saturday appointment as the expiration date comes near, because everyone is looking for the same time/dates. Book in advance and you'll love your experience!!
