$39 for a 60-Minute Swedish Massage with Aromatherapy ($120 Value)

During the Swedish massage, the therapist incorporates soft to medium strokes in order to promote circulation. This technique is known for its rejuvenating effects on the body and is effective at relieving both stress and muscle pain.

Inner Balance Therapeutic Massage

Massage therapist Liz Schiel knows a thing or two about stress and the human body. Aside from holding a certification from the California Massage Therapy Council and a membership with the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, she holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training from Miami University. She also served as a student athletic trainer for the 2008 MAC Champion Women's Basketball team, where she helped assess and prevent injuries during the team's journey to the NCAA Women's Tournament.

Today, as owner of Inner Balance Therapeutic Massage, Liz puts her vast experience to good use during athletic conditioning or rehabilitation massages, which can help to release spasms and strains and prevent injury during all types of athletic activities. But athletes aren't the only ones who benefit from her skills––she also doles out relaxation-focused Swedish massages, deep tissue massages, and hot or cold stone therapies, which use basalt stones to melt tension and keep newly lightened muscles from floating away. Liz also holds certification in cupping and offers several different styles of the centuries-old technique, which relies on suction created with a special cup that helps loosen connective tissues, stimulate pressure points, and reduce inflammation.

The Groupon Guide to: Odiferous Lunches

Whether you eat lunch with your coworkers, costudents, or coconspirators, you want to be packing impressive smells in your midday meal. Here are some of the smelliest lunches around:

Tuna: The “fish of the sea” gives off a strong odor when let loose from its can. Mix it with mayo and relish to up its pungent power.

Garlic: When it comes to filling a room with smells, garlic is Mother Nature’s edible Glade PlugIn. Turn any sandwich into a psychedelic smellscape by adding whole cloves of garlic to it.

Blue Cheese: The cheese that makes sense as much as it makes scents! Melt blue cheese using your desktop fondue maker (bowl on top of warm computer) and you’ve got yourself an all-day smell factory.

Flowers: Did you know they’re edible? Well, most of them are, but they’re extremely fattening. Check with your local florist for nutrition facts and yummy samples.

How are millions of Americans making delicious fondue at their desks?
