Clients can choose from more than 50 group fitness classes, such as boot camp, Brazilian jiujitsu, Zumba, yoga and Macho's muscle madness. Classes run from 50 to 90 minutes with up to 20 people.

During small-group coaching sessions, exercisers train with two to four people but run through their own tailored set of exercises. Sessions are 60-minutes long.
