The high-pressure Orbit tanning bed features special tanners for the face. Each session in the bed lasts 10–15 minutes and people can either stand up or lay down during sessions.

Insatiable Sun

Insatiable Sun's main strength may be its advanced european tanning technology. Each of its locations—including the two newly acquired Sunset Tan spots in West Hollywood and Studio City—houses 14 superior sunning capsules from such brands as Sun Ergoline and Sun Storm. As with a carpenter's box of tools or a witch's sack of bad smells, each bed has a purpose. With its high concentration of UVB rays, the low-pressure Cobra bed is good for developing a solid base tan, whereas the Sun Ergoline Avantgarde's pros include a large tanning surface and a short tanning time (8–10 minutes).

Three of the salon's four locations also offer custom-airbrush-tanning sessions. These 10-minute treatments coat the skin in a solution infused with aloe vera and vitamin E that leaves clients with healthy, glowing tans for up to one week.
