very private and people who work there are very nice!
But one thing, when its lunch time, they all go on lunch, so they won't answer you. And even though left messages, they won't pass messages to the person whom you want to talk to. So just be patient.

thanks to the staff for their genuine kindness... being a 'newbie' and using a groupon, i can sometimes anticipate less service than full paying. this was not the case. i look forward to my next session.
