Inspirit Massage Therapy

Kevin Kinde lives to help others. After completing his massage-therapy training at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, he served as a Swedish-massage instructor for the school, and assisted a visually impaired student as she trained for her own exams. This spirit of giving back also led him to launch Touch of Hope, a program that provides free massages for people struggling with terminal illnesses, mental-health issues, or the grief of losing a loved one. The founder of Inspirit Massage Therapy, Kevin helps others heal on a day-to-day basis using soothing strokes, custom pressure, and gentle taps pulled from a roster of Eastern and Western massage styles. Designed to melt away stress and tension while boosting circulation to hasten healing, his specialties include shiatsu massages powered by focused finger pressure and classic Swedish massages, which rely on movements that are both long and smooth, like a dachshund in a wetsuit.

Filled with soft lighting, potted plants, and sunny yellow walls, the studio's decor energizes and relaxes the senses simultaneously. To make massages as convenient as possible, Inspirit's therapists also take their skills on the road, traveling to homes and offices to provide chair massages.
