Integrated Academy

Though the coaches at Integrated Academy hail from widely varying backgrounds—from firefighter to professional football player to military and law enforcement agent—they share a common goal: to teach students how to fight and defend themselves. They push men, women, and children of all abilities toward toughening up in a variety of combat classes, including boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai—also known as the science of eight limbs, as it incorporates striking with the elbows and knees. To help pupils pump up their strength and self-confidence, they also teach the art of self-defense, which can help you escape assailants and boring fencers at parties. They slow down the pace a bit for little ones, teaching them to effectively grapple and dodge hooks during kids-only MMA classes. In addition to combat-style classes, the coaches also lead boot camp classes to help clients whip into shape without directly confronting aggressive punching bags.

A haven of learning by day, Integrated Academy moonlights as a boxing arena on select evenings, during which a group of esteemed fighters enter the ring to duke it out.
