the description mentions 'refreshing' with 'up to 5 quarts of oil' but doesn't indicate that a new oil filter is included also. is this actually a full oil change (which would include the replacement filter)?

Yes, It is a full oil change which include new oil, new oil filter, lube all grease fittings, check and set tire pressures, top off all fluids and includes the 27 point inspection. Thank you for the question. Matt
