I am suffering with edema/lymphatic issues currently, most all of the time in my right foot and ankle. Some in my left only at times. I suffer from fibromyalgia muscle pain throughout, and have a lot of shoulder/neck pain from work and car injury. My question is that I'm undecided as to which massage would be best for me. I would like to try the Hot Rock, then try either the Swedish or Deep Tissue. Considering my issues, would the Deep Tissue be too intense starting out for my muscle pain and circulatory problems? I thought I might have to try the Swedish maybe. I have been under years of extreme and horrific amount of stress, and being so uptight, maybe I would need to start out with the lighter?????

Hi, You definately need a Swedish massage. Anything deeper would cause discomfort. Light massage will help to move the lymphatic fluid. I hope this helps.
