The deal, as I read it, is for a stock design that is capable of being personalized. I am wondering if the cost of a CUSTOM stamp (for example, one made with a business logo as the central design), that is priced on the company's web site higher than the offered deal, can be reduced by the retail value of the deal, with the customer (me) paying the difference in cost.
