This course is intended to prepare your for the Microsoft Office certification exams, but the actual certification is not included. If you'd like to become certified after completing the training, you would need to arrange the certification exams through a local testing center. Each exam costs $80.

How is the time allocated? Do you need to be online at a given time? I assume you need to have this software installed on yorur computer?

You can take the classes on your own schedule.
You are not required to have these programs installed on your computer in order to take these courses. However, it would be helpful to have access to these programs so that you can practice your newly learned skills.

When I use the voucher, will I be just taking one course; like only word? Or the whole bundle; word,excel, access, etc...?
