Do I receive an actual certificate of completion? Must activate within 90 days what is that referring to should I just sign in to all of them so I am safe and within the 12 month period? What level is the bundle beginner or advanced level?

You do not get a certificate. It means that you must activate your Groupon on their site within 90 days of purchase. The bundle is intended to take a beginner to a solid level of mastery.

Is this limited to PC or would it work for a Mac?

The software will work on the Mac. You will the PC version of the programs but the knowledge is easily portable to the Mac versions (although certain things like the menus may be different).
