Will this work if I am on a Mac, OSX, 10.7.5, using Word 2011, PowerPoint 2011 and Excel 2011, updated to 14.1.0 (110310) for Mac? I do not have Outlook - not sure if they make a Mac version, but could get it for learning purposes if necessary.

It is recommended but not required that you own or have access to the 2010 PC versions of these programs. The knowledge is transferable, but there would be differences (menu options, button locations, etc).

Please confirm DO NOT need textbooks. After purchase how long to up and running with program? Who is IT contact if any technical issues? Can you access tutorials after completion for one year?

You do not need text books. You can get up and running right away. You would work with ITU should you have any technical issues. You have access to all the courses for one year from activation of the Groupon.
