Why dont they change the fine wording on the groupon and make it “limit 2 per customer”? Maybe they should think of that….
In addition, I would like a brazilian and I am a brown complexion female. I do not beleive that a laser treatment for the brazilian will take 30 mins…as I understand it should only take about 12-15 mins the most…otherwise thats just screams “pain” to me.
Please shed some light for me.

I meant to say that they should have a limit of 2 per area, especially if you want to do a brazilian….please explain

The FINE PRINT says- “Limit 1 per area”. You may buy one for any area offered today.
EXAMPLE- You can buy one for your underarms and use it. You may buy one for your bikini and use it.

Question. So my fiance wants to buy this groupon for himself to get 3 treatments on his neck. He would still need an additional 2-3 to get the job done, so I would like to buy a groupon as well and give it to him as a gift. can you do that?

Most of the treatments included in the Groupon take between 15 – 30 per treatment. Bikini and Under Arms are the best bang for the Buck for women!!
About how long will it last if you get 3 bikini treatments?
Couple of questions for Izalia: What are your business hours? I didn’t see that on your website. Also, the groupon expires in Sept 2010. Does this mean you need to have all of your sessions by this time or you simply have to start the first session by this time? I know you need to usually wait 4 weeks between treatments.

We use both the Candela GentleLase and the Syneron eMax. It is fine to switch between lasers. To upgrade the Groupon deal (of 3 bikini treatments) to 3 Brazilian treatments you will need to pay an additional $100 at the Spa. For any additional treatments you wish to receive after the first three, the promised 50% discount works both for single treatments and packaged pricing.

Thanks for addressing the question about the Brazilian bikini upgrade…what if you want something a bit more than bikini line but don’t want full Brazilian. Can we do something in between the two (some places call it French or modified). What would the extra cost be for that?

Each treatment permanently kills SOME of your hair. There is usually about 4 -6 weeks between treatments where no hair is present. After three treatments, any hair that was not permanently killed should appear after about 4-6 weeks. Hope to meet you soon!

We are open by appointment every day except Sunday. (yes, we literally schedule 7am appointments if you can convince us that that is the only time you can come!) Only your first treatment must begin by the expiration date. Yes, it is for or more weeks between hair growth cycles / appointments. Thanks for asking!!

Izalia has the following definitions:
Bikini treatment: Hair Removal 1/4 inch INSIDE and 1 1/2 inches OUTSIDE the entire path of a normal pantie line.
Brazilian: Any further inside the pantie line (totally bare is not necessary but permissible) OR (and/or) any further away from the pantie on the leg.

Unfortunately there is no discount or special pricing associated with our Groupon for Male bikini/Brazilian treatments. Our rates for such treatments are exorbitantly high and never discounted.
As these “pain free” lasers, or do you use a numbing cream prior to treatment?
Again, how do you know how many treatment are required for each area? I am looking at chin as sideburns.

Neither. Most people feel it is more comfortable than waxing but it is still not “pain free”. We do not use topical anesthetics. It is TOTALLY worth it. :)

A hair can only be permanently destroyed when lasered during an anagen stage of the hair growth cycle. Depending on your BODY, (not your body area) you have between 5 – 8 rotations of the cycle, so it takes between 5 – 8 treatments to get total removal of existing hair. Three treatments gets amazing results though! If you go on new meds or your diet changes or if for no reason at all more hair appears on an area that Izalia has treated 8 times, then we continue to treat the area free of charge until no hair returns. (assuming it remains safe to do so – we don’t treat during pregnancy, etc. etc.)

Is there any preparation I would need to do before starting treatments?
I have red hair and there is a strong possibility this caveat may apply to me. When I went to the website, Services & Pricing, all I saw was hair removal. So if I’m not a candidate how could I use it for other services seeing as all services are hair removal?
