Questions and Answers

What about for all day use ($35 value)? Can part of the pass be put toward an all-day excursion? Thanks!

Penny,
Each pass is for a 2 hour use. You may use any combination of your passes (all of your passes = 10 hrs total) for you. If you would like to go with other people they too will need to have their own passes.
Again, the passes are per person not per boat.
Does this answer your questions?

Yes, thanks!

Hello,
That is something that you would need to take up with Jack’s. The deal that we have going is for the 2 hours, as that is the avg amount of time that people would like to go out on the boats for.
Thanks!
Hello,
If I’m trying to use 4 sessions at once, and save the last session for another time (or to give to another person), but only have one “Groupon” how does that work?
Thanks!
Hi Megan,
I’m not sure I understand how this is a $100 value. If it’s normally $10 per person, and with the groupon two people would require two passes, then you’re paying $10 per person with the groupon. Please tell me there’s something I’m not understanding here.
Mithun, I havent used this yet, so perhaps I am misunderstanding as well, but its normally $10 per person per hour. So going on a 2 person kayak for 2 hours would be a total of $40, doing that 5 times would be $200 total. With the coupons you have the same 5 trips with 2 people of 2 hours each and the total cost is $100.

Hello! This is Megan from Groupon DC. Each pass is good for 1 person and 2 hours.
Ex: If you have 2 people and go in a 2 person Kayak you would use 2 passes.
I don’t see a problem with the 2 different kayaks if you let them know before you head out and based on availability of the boats!
Have a great time!
