$35 for a Wine-Appreciation Class for Two ($80 Value)

The 90-minute class begins with tasting exercises in which students discuss different taste sensations as they eat lemon, sugar, and other items. After reviewing the five steps for tasting wine, the class tries six wines, each of which is accompanied by tasting notes. Pupils taste and talk about each sample for 15 minutes, moving from whites to reds with a cheese break in between. Classes take place at the 152nd Street Liquor Store.

JAK Group Pubs

The enthusiasm for pub food and craft beer shared among members of the JAK Group Pubs team couldn't be confined to a single restaurant; instead, it’s spread among four establishments throughout British Columbia.
