If purchase is made for above the knees, does the price of the treatment include both legs? In otherwords, if the purchase is for four treatments, does the each treatment include both legs. Also, if a purchase of four treatments, can it be two treatments on both legs and two treatments on stomach?

Yes for both legs knee and up, yes you can do two on the legs and 2 on the stomach. also you can call the office number and they will answer all the question you need.
