It says the deal can't be used for wedding photography, but could I use it for engagement pictures? Also, do you sell the copyrights to the pictures if we wanted to buy them on a CD afterwards, and for how much? Thanks!

of course you can use it for engagement photos. I can and do offer images with a release to print, based on how many images you choose after the session and viewing.
