All-inclusive memberships grant members access to all of the JCC of Greater Rochester’s amenities, which include a full gym and fitness center with modern equipment such as TRX trainers, indoor pool, and indoor track. Members also may work out in personal training sessions, or group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and group cycling. The JCC has free WiFi, family holiday celebrations, and a complimentary sitter service for children. The family membership is valid for parents, children up to 18 years old, and full-time students up to 25 years old.

JCC of Greater Rochester

In 2007, the JCC of Greater Rochester celebrated its 100th year of nourishing the local community with cultural enrichment and diverse programming that promotes health, fosters a love of learning, and offers opportunities to socialize for Jewish and non-Jewish people of all ages. The center promotes health with fitness programs, including yoga and Pilates, swim classes, and SilverSneakers workouts tailored to senior physiques, all complemented by wellness services such as expert nutrition advice. The center also serves as an educational resource, with classes such as new-parent programs that prepare couples for the responsibilities and complex explanations of the solar system that babies demand. The center’s camps cater to youth of all ages with traditional summer activities such as swimming and making crafts.
