The JCC indoor triathlon takes place on January 20, 2013, with registration at 11:30 a.m. and start times at noon. Depending on age group, participants begin by swimming up to 500 yards, biking up to 4 miles, and then running or walking up to 2 miles. Each participant receives a T-shirt.

Special rates apply for certain age groups.
