No Erin, “The Merry Widow” is one of the performances. The other two are “Rising Stars” & “All Stars”. It’s all there in the description.

I’m still not sure about the seating, yes it says “reserved balcony” but on the Auditorium’s site, they don’t list “reserved balcony.” They have “1st balcony,” “2nd balcony,” “front balcony,” or “rear balcony.” So which one is it???

All seating will be in the first balcony more than likely in the first 10-15 rows. Seating will be assigned front to back in order of purchase time.

help please, meant to buy 2 Groupons but something happened when I clicked purchase, it didn’t go thru and I had to do it again but it said I only bought 1. Need to purchase 2 at the same time to get seating together…. help please, Groupon!!!! AHHHH.

If you price in the seats on the website, $208 get you into B section, which is second balcony. Can you please confirm that with this groupon we do in fact get the first balcony, which is coded as section A on the official site.

The groupon offer is definitely for the first balcony. I think what you are seeing on the website is actually the “dress circle” and not the second balcony.

ss, same thing happened to me, if you go to My Stuff, then My Groupons, there is an Edit Order you can click on and change your order.

Same problem as ss, I placed an order for 2 to sit together but confirmation came back for only one. The count sold was at 22 when I purchased it and I do not want to be bumbed back into the 70’s where it was the last time I checked. Since the seats are assigned by when you order them, can you help me keep my early reservation of 23 & 24 for two tickets or do I have to go solo now?

Hi Everyone,

If you are trying to purchase two so that you get four tickets together you can always go back and edit your ticket count and will not ‘lose your spot in line’.

So just to make crystal clear if you edit your order to get more then all of those seats will be together. Whatever you order under one account throughout the day will be placed together.

@ Kendra, you are correct. If you purchase seats at the same time and under the same account they will be together.

@ N T., the seats will be placed by The Joffrey and sent to you no later than one week before your first scheduled performance. At this point all you need to do is wait for your tickets.

@ Llani O, The seats will be sat in the order of purchase. The chances of being sat in a specific seat is not likely.

Hi Danielle,

If you buy one groupon you will get one ticket for each of the three shows. There is really no variation to that. However you can obviously buy additional tickets from the joffrey at regular price but we can’t guarantee the two would be seated together. Let me know if this answers your question.

It looks like the fine print says exchanges are accepted one per show. So, if I want to buy the Sat PM series that starts on Oct 16th, but then exchange the Feb 19th for the 26th, can I do that? I would be buying two tickets for my wife and I. I assume that exchanging both tickets would be allowed, its just one show that i can exchange.

If that is the case, then I’ll buy them!

Yep, i fyou order the sat series, once you get your tickets you can exchange that date for another date if you need to. There will be exchange instructions with your tickets when they arrive.

This is a fabulous deal. I also put in 2 and it came up 1, but I keyed back to the former page, put 2 in again and then completed the order. Came out perfectly. Didn’t know you could go in and edit a completed purchase, so thanks for explaining that. Now if you could come up with a discounted dinner deal for the same dates…that would be the cherry on top!
