The philosophy of Johns Creek Yoga is that, regardless of whether students attend classes to attain spiritual peace, physical harmony, or stress-free quietude, practicing yoga always transforms a person’s body, mind and spirit. During classes, knowledgeable and well-traveled instructors⎯all certified by the National Yoga Alliance⎯lead students through a variety of yoga poses, which are able to transform upright humans into downward-facing canines. Beginning and advanced yogis are welcome, and the studio also schedules sessions for teens and toddlers, in addition to specialty classes such as hot yoga and gentle yoga.
