A trainer leads one-hour sessions that incorporate functional, strength, and cardiovascular exercises. Students cycle through a range of exercises, interspersing interval-style workouts that involve brief periods of intense exertion with longer periods of sustained, less-strenuous activity. Class size never exceeds 16 participants, ensuring that the instructor can give personal attention and tailor workouts to each group.
