We do not guarantee the number of shads that you will lighten, as everyone's teeth are different. The take home trays are the best way to maintain the shade you achieve, if you are happy with it. If you want to lighten more, you can also use the take home trays to achieve lighter results. Please call us for more specific answers.

Does this include the custom made bleaching trays and bleach? Also, what is done to prevent sensitivity?

This is for the in- office treatment only, and does not include bleaching trays. You can purchase them at the appointment if you want to maintain your results. As for sensitivity, you may want to try using a sensitivity toothpaste before your appointment and you can also take some sort of over the counter pain medicine, like Advil.

is this one of those you have to have a full dental exam and repairs before you can get teeth whitened or you can just go in for the whitening ?

It is recommended by Zoom and by our office that you be up to date on your regular dental visits, but completion of dental treatment prior to your appointment is not a requirement.

When I get to Dr. Juban's office are they going to require an exam by this dentist? More xrays? I see my dentist every 6 months, and I do not want to get charged for more than my yearly alotment of exams/xrays.
