Inner peace is like the Sasquatch—many people claim it's real, but most remain skeptical until the moment it seizes them while they're meditating on a mountaintop. Bring the bliss with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $24 for 6 yoga, Nia, tai chi, and fitness classes (a $51 value)
  • $45 for 12 yoga, Nia, tai chi, and fitness classes (a $102 value)

Instructors focus on fluid movement and self-defense during tai chi classes as they lead the 103 authentic movements developed by one of China's tai chi masters. Alternatively, Nia classes blend dance, martial arts, and healing arts into an aerobic workout promoting self-expression. During Hatha yoga classes, instructors strive to help guests of all skill levels ease chronic pain with dynamic movements and deep breathing. Pilates classes help students pump up core strength, posture, and body awareness. See the full class schedule.

Just Breathe

Just Breathe co-owners and instructors Quincy O'Toole and Mandy Baucum spread their love of movement and wellness through a variety of fitness classes. Though their diverse team of instructors comes from many different backgrounds—including massage therapy, academia, and traditional Chinese medicine—they all share a desire to help guests of all ages and abilities understand their own bodies. During yoga, Pilates, and tai chi classes, they not only work to boost strength, flexibility, and endurance, but to also relieve stress via meditation. They also host Nia aerobic classes, which blend movements from dance and martial arts.
