1. Is Germantown included in the service area? 2. Does the offer include replacement of the furnace filter? My furnace uses a box-type filter that only needs to be changed once per year.

A quick question regarding the A/C Tune-Up, If the A/C unit needs additional Coolant is that covered, if not what would be the charge. Thanks

Roy, Thank you for the Interest in K Komfort deal. Additional coolant is not covered in the AC tune up cost. The cost will depend on the type of coolant that is in your system. Please notice, that adding more coolant is not always a solution for a problem, we believe in finding a leak if there is one. In fact, EPA prohibits adding more than 30% of the coolant in the system without fixing a leak. Please contact K Komfort for more information.
