Choose Between Two Options

During five-week Core F.I.T sessions, students and trainers convene four days a week for one-hour classes with a varied regimen designed to build all muscle groups. While training, attendees keep a journal and conduct regular weigh-ins and measurements.

Kaia’s Brik sessions build upon one another, with room for students to attend three in a year. The trainers helm challenging workouts during one-hour classes that meet five days a week, which work to foster camaraderie among participants. Women receive three full-body assessments at the beginning, middle, and end of each session. They also keep a journal and subscribe to a nutritionist-constructed meal plan. Based on individual goals and results, trainers create goal sheets for each participant.
