Classes meet four days each week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., or 8:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 7 a.m.
Equipment: Kettle-bells, jump rope, yoga mats, and resistance bands.
Students should bring: Yoga mat and water

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
A combination of intense muscle confusion workouts with nutritional guidance and constant support from our certified coaches separates Kaia F.I.T. from other programs. We provide personal training in a group atmosphere to make you feel safe and comfortable at any level. Also, we never repeat workouts, since routine is the enemy to muscle growth and weight loss.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
The great thing about Kaia workouts is you never know what to expect. Each class keeps your mind and your body guessing about what's coming next by never letting your stay in your comfort zone. Our classes are exciting and fun, and they leave you exhausted but exhilarated.
