Choose Between Two Options

At 60-minute Core Session classes, coaches tout a boot-camp–style workout that changes every day to confuse muscles and keep exercisers engaged. Classes take place indoors and outdoors, blending methods such as cardiovascular training, plyometrics, strength training, kickboxing, and yoga to build chiseled physiques, endurance, and flexibility. Nutritional guidance complements workouts to help guests stay healthy outside of class.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to join in the fun, fast-paced classes, to which clients should bring workout bands, a yoga mat, and water. Classes are held at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., and 9:10 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and at 6 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Kaia FIT Roseville Bootcamp

Kaia FIT, which was designed by women for women, uses functional fitness training to give clients back the flexibility and strength they had when they were younger.
