I only need a slight touch up on upper eyelids -- if I purchase the $99 package, can i get upper eyelids just touched up and then both eyebrows done?

I am sorry but those are two separate procedures. With the option for $79.00 for Top or Bottom Eyeliner you can choose between a touch-up or full eyeliner.
