i was quite disappointed AGAIN by the quality of service by the staff. everyone was nice and friendly but lacked professionalism. as a vegan i would like to support the vegan community but time after time i am disappointed by karmavore and none of this lies with the products it sells. it is unfortunate because i believe this business has so much potential but i do not believe that it is performing at it's best in such a way that will attract someone to return from the "non-devout" vegan community and to go out of their way to come here... as i have in the past travelling from north vancouver to new westminster with the sole purpose to dine at karmavore. i hope things will improve.

I had to say I would recommend Karmavore because the food was very good. HOWEVER: I went in to order the meals to go. Had put a buck in the metre because that is all I had; 44 minutes to get a meal to go from Karmavore was not enough. The metre was flashing zeros when I got back. This is particularly bad because there were only four people in the restaurant when I walked in; all at the same table. They were also saying how good the burger was but had to leave half their food on their plates because they were so late for their show. It is just WAY too slow. Had to park three blocks down because parking sucks at this location. Lighting is bad. Empty restaurant but no cutlery out.

I will definitely revisit this business with OR without a groupon or coupon! Their prices on the menu were very good, and the products all fresh and made to order. The salad was very delicious, the 2 different wraps we tried were amazingly yummy, and the yam soup was outstanding. The berry smoothie was made fresh with berries, with no fillers, and tasted incredible while not sweet. I will definitely return to try some of the other goodies on their menu, All ingredients are plant-based which is even better!
