I like the offer but do not understand why you would want me to buy 1 package for $79 or 2 packages for twice the price plus another $40.??? It doesn't make sense to me.

Hi Elaine
Sorry for the confusion. This Groupon has a limit of one per person, which means you may only purchase and redeem one Groupon in total for yourself. To allow customers to get a discount on two packages (so they can return again at a discounted rate), there's an option for $199 for two packages. You could not purchase and redeem two Groupons for the $79 option yourself. Sorry for any inconvenience.
