  • $39 for 5 Pilates Reformer or TRX suspension classes (up to a $95 value)
  • $79 for 10 Pilates Reformer or TRX suspension classes (up to a $190 value)

Between sliding platforms, sculpted handholds, and complex series of pulleys, Reformer machines provide bodies with workouts that reach every joint and muscle. The seven Reformer beds sculpt and tone bodies while eliminating any of the long-term damage caused by high-impact exercise. Instructors also limit the class size to seven, ensuring personal attention for each participant. Meanwhile, the six TRX lines, help exercisers of all levels, pit their muscles against the weight of their own body during nonstop workouts, using straps suspended from sturdy equipment to lift themselves. Set to the backdrop of heart-pumping music, these suspension training classes lead students to build up their overall strength and increase their endurance.

Classes run Monday–Saturday.

KB Fitness Exercise Studio

Kathy Burgett started bringing fitness into other people's lives in 1978, and since then she's been on a nonstop road toward expanding her workout regime. She got her degree in Physical Education from Washburn University in 1982, aced her ACE Personal Training Certification in 1992, and even opened her own school in 2000, borrowing her gym nickname to complete the title of KB Fitness.

Now, with a host of other instructors, Kathy whips clients into shape with one-on-one training, group fitness classes, and temporary tattoos of motivational posters. Her teachers increase flexibility with yoga courses, empower cores in Pilates reformer classes, and turn heart rates up to 11 during cardio kickboxing sessions.
